We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Builder and supplier network: When you submit an intake or quote request, we share the project details and contact information needed to fulfill it with the supplier or installer best matched to your project.
• Service providers: Hosting, email, SMS delivery, analytics, advertising, and customer-relationship-management vendors that process information on our behalf under written agreements.
• Legal and safety: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Homerun, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead and customer records are typically retained for the life of the customer relationship plus seven (7) years.
